  1. Contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization

  2. Prepare Your Package
    Returns must be in their original packaging, in a resalable condition.
    Any packaging materials, CDs, software, accessories, manuals, warranty cards and documentation originally sent must be included in the package. Please do not remove or alter serial numbers, stickers and/or certification labels .


    If a returned package does not meet this requirement, Assetmatrix reserves the right not to honor the return request.

     

    Damaged items will not be refunded if they are in non- resalable condition. We recommend you insure your package.

     

  3. Ship Your Return
    We want your return experience to be hassle-free. If you return an item because of a manufacturing defect, or because we have sent you the wrong item, we cover the shipping costs.

    If you return an item because you ordered the wrong product, or you have changed your mind, you cover the shipping costs, and any applicable restocking fees.

We recommend you choose a carrier which offers tracking and proof-of- delivery and that you insure your return shipment. Â That way you are protected if the package is damaged or lost in transit. Please retain your tracking number until the return is fully processed.

* Return requests

Return requests must be received within 3 days after receipt of the item for local orders and 10 calendar days of the invoice date for international orders, whether you are requesting a refund or a replacement.
Please allow approximately 5 business days for your return to be processed once it has arrived at our warehouse for items in stock. While for out of stock items, The new order will be shipped as soon as we have the product available.

 

Damaged items will not be refunded if they are in non- resalable condition. We recommend you insure your package.


Products marked ‘non-cancellable/non-returnable’ are not eligible for return.

Returns may be subject to a restocking fee by a-matrix.com and / or our suppliers.

*Did you receive a Defective Product or an Incorrect Product?

Please call us for an RMA.
We will arrange for a return of the defective / incorrect item and replace it at no cost to you. You can also request a refund. Returns must include original packaging and be in as-new condition with the packing slip, all warranty cards, and accessories (if applicable).


*Manufacturer Restrictions

A-matrix.com works with an array of suppliers/manufacturers to bring you our great product selection. Products shipping directly from their manufacturing facility are called drop ship items.


Some manufacturers charge a non-negotiable restocking fee for returned items. We will let you know about any restocking fee in advance.

When a product has been delivered defective, or a mistake was made on our part, the restocking fee will not be applied.  All returns must be in original packaging and resalable condition in order to qualify for credit.

*Custom Orders

We are unable to accept returns on any custom-ordered items. They are tailored to your individual needs and therefore not resalable. We will allow the return of a custom order only if the item has a manufacturing defect.

*Out-of-Stock / Backordered / Discontinued Items

If the item you are returning has been discontinued, you will be given the option of accepting a comparable replacement item, or receiving a refund at the current market value of the product, less any applicable restocking fee.  Any current market value refund issued will not exceed the original invoice price.

In the event that the item you ordered is either Out of Stock or Backordered, we will contact you to discuss available alternatives.

*International Customers

Assetmatrix Company is based in Nigeria. Consumer protections laws, especially with regards to warranties or returns, may vary significantly from those in your country. When you return an item to us for a refund or replacement, please make sure to choose a shipping method offering full tracking of the package from your location to Nigeria.

*Disclaimer

Assetmatrix Company specifically disclaims any and all warranties which are not addressed in the Return Guidelines above. This includes, but is not limited to, any warranty that deals with the salability of an item or the suitability of a product for use in a particular environment, application, or situation.

In the event of a manufacturing defect, the purchaser’s compensation will be limited to their choice of a purchase-price refund or equivalent product replacement.


Upon placing an order, our customers willingly waive any claims for any property damage; personal injury; loss of use; lost time, wages, income, or profit; and other incidental or consequential damages against Assetmatrix Company, affiliated companies, representatives and our suppliers.

Our manufacturers and distributors reserve the right to raise or lower their prices and change specifications without giving prior notice, or incurring obligation for
